CREATING THE MUSE | THE ELEMENTS ISSUE

Now Live

Dear Muse Community,

I am beyond excited to share that The Elements Issue of Creating the Muse is officially here. This edition is grounding, soulful and quietly transformative, honouring the elements that shape every part of our lives: earth, air, fire and water.

This issue is a reminder that the natural world doesn’t just surround us — it moves through us, restores us, and calls us home.

COVER FEATURE:

Ali Heath —

In Her Element

A woman with blonde hair, wearing a cream turtleneck sweater and a long brown pleated skirt, stands among tall pine trees in a forest. She crosses her arms and leans against one of the trees.

At the heart of this issue is renowned stylist, writer and creative mentor Ali Heath, whose philosophy of emotional design invites us to create not from aesthetics alone, but from intuition, memory and truth.

Ali does not design for perfection. She designs for feeling, for belonging, nostalgia, courage and calm. Her story is a masterclass in trusting your instincts and allowing home to become a living extension of self.

ELEMENTAL WOMEN WE LOVE

This issue brings together extraordinary women whose work, lives and philosophies embody the elements in their own beautiful ways.

WISDOM FROM OUR CONTRIBUTORS

This issue is also held by powerful contributions from women whose work helps us reconnect with the elements within ourselves:

A woman with light brown hair and a slight smile holds a bouquet of pink and orange flowers, with a blurred foreground and background.

Lisa Ray - Our resident visual alchemist returns with a reflection on the element of fire. With her signature poetic clarity, she explores fire as the great transformer, the spark of creativity, courage and conscious action.

A woman with blonde wavy hair in business casual attire standing in an office with a desk, books, potted plants, and framed artwork on the wall in the background.

Amy Campbell - Our resident sex psychologist, returns with a beautifully attuned exploration of sexual wellness through the lens of the seasons.

A smiling woman with shoulder-length wavy hair sitting on a white sofa in a well-lit living room, wearing a colorful paisley-patterned silk pajama set and orange earrings.

Dr Hayley D. Quinn - Returns with a meditative piece on the elements and the ways they shape our inner world. In The Elements, she invites us to pause and consider how earth, air, water and fire influence the way we move, breathe and care for our one precious body and life.

A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR

This issue is a gentle invitation to pause, to breathe and to listen.

To notice what grounds you, what clears your mind, what ignites your creativity and what softens your heart.

The elements are always speaking to us, grounding us, clearing our minds, igniting our creativity, softening our edges and gently guiding us home.

I hope this edition brings you back to what feels true and helps you reconnect with your own inner rhythm.

With warmth,
